Payment and Dispatch

The following terms and conditions apply:

The products are delivered all over the world.

Dispatch costs (inclusive of legally applicable VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany): 

We charge a flat shipping fee of 4,99 € per order.

From an order value of 60,00 € onwards, we deliver shipments free of cost.

Deliveries to foreign countries:

We charge shipping costs for deliveries to foreign countries on the basis of the order value (gross product value):

Cost within the European Union: €15

Cost within the Non-EU European and International Countries; United Arab Emirates, Australia, Canada, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Hong Kong SAR, Israel, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Norway, New Zealand, Singapore, United States: €20



Delivery periods

Unless a different deadline is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered in Germany within 14 - 21 days, for deliveries abroad within 20 - 30 days after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction).

Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.

If payment is made using a credit card, your credit card account is debited in conjunction with the shipping of the goods.
